SALOMONS ESTATE - March 2013

Salomons Estate is a stunning Victorian mansion situated just outside of Tunbridge Wells. Set in 36 acres of gardens, parkland and woods, It was built for Sir David Salomons in the 1850s by the architect Decimus Burton. Today the house and grounds are known as Salomons Estate, in memory of the three generations of David Salomons who lived there.

The buildings have been kept in a very original condition and offer some 'hidden' areas away from the public eye. The images in this gallery highlight the the unerground cavity wall and the inside of the water tower amongst other areas.
