A new development from Thrive Living on the old Ritz Cinema site in the centre of Tunbridge Wells.

 

Designed as urban retirement living for the over 65s there will be 166 properties, restaurants, cafés, open spaces and a hydrotherapy pool with a gym or spa. Due for completion in 2026 I will be working with Retirement Villages and McAleer & Rushe documenting the progress every three months, from within the site and from nearby elevated positions.
